BMW RT BOXER FORUM - NL/B

Het vergrendelen is aangesloten op de centrale vergrendeling
dit is een vergrendeling van BMW auto
verder heb ik een gedeelte van de geleiding de half ronde uitsparing verwijderd. Nu werkt de knop voor het toestel ook soepel.

Knap staaltje werk

Ziet er goed uit.
Zou je misschien een iets uitgebreidere werkbeschrijving kunnen sturen?

Is niet helemaal identiek aan de foto's van deckers, maar via link hieronder een uitgebreide beschrijving van een gelijkaardige vergrendeling.

ik krijg de melding "URL signature expired"

Krijg krek dezelfde foutmelding.

BMW 1200 Rt Fitting Central Iockinq to satnav
Parts required.
C67.11.8.529.514. Actuator. (Solenoid)
C46. 63.8.534.876. Linkage for Actuator
C61. 12.8.548.716. Adapter. (Electrical connector)
Heat shrink cable sheaf or insulating tape.
Cable ties (3 or 4 small)
Electric cable (about 3 feet)
2 no nuts and bolts. (To secure actuator)
(The bolt heads can be seen so get some nice ones)
NB. The electrical connector is actually for the heated seat but is the
only way of acquiring the right plug shon of buying the wiring
harness.
Tools required.
No T25 Torex key
Phillips screwdriver
Soldering iron or mechanical cable connectors
Dremmel or similar, (a file or sandpaper will do)
Hot air gun (if using heat shrink)
Small drill (to make holes for actuator mounting bolts)
Wire cutters
Small saw to cut the plastic arm to length.
Method
NB. Note what bolts and screws go where as they are different.
Remove the screen. 4 bolts on plastic stays and 2 further bolts
underneath. remove Black plastic brace.
Remove top of satnav fairing cowl. 2 phillips screws on front edge
and 2 bolts on top edge. ease out and remove the two plastic plugs
that the black Phillips screws go into. to help access to these screws
and plugs operate the screen arm to move it out of the way.

There are two plastic lugs into rubber gromets on the underneath
front edge of the cowl so lift vertical here to release these first then
remove the whole cowl.
Electrics.
At this stage its best to do the wiring first so that the solenoid actuator
can be operated before it is fitted. This allows you to check the
position is spot on before making the holes for the mounting bolts.
Take the electrical connector you have bought and check which end
fits the solenoid. Cut off the other end. the plug and wire you are left
with is not long enough to reach the connecting point so you will need
to extend the wire by attaching some more wire.
You need to tap into the central locking wiring. I used the wiring to
the right hand storage companment but if you don't have one on the
right then the left is just the same. Remove the right hand lower
fairing panel. 2 bolts on inside front edge. (If unsure refer to owners
manual). the solenoid is just above the radiator cap. The 2 wires into
this are the ones to T into. I used solder and heat shrink but it's up to
you how you connect the wires. there is plenty of room to run the
cable inside the fairing and out to the existing solenoid.
It's important to ensure that the wiring polarity is correct or else your
new solenoid could be opening when the others are closing. To check
temporary connect the wires and switch on and operate the new
solenoid. Locking is when the arm extends outwards on the solenoid.
If yours retracts then swop the wires around. when your sure it's
correct then complete the wiring.
Fitting the solenoid.
First you need to shape the plastic actuator arm to fit the cutaway in
the satnav release mechanism. See photos for the cutting point and
final shape. The width is correct when the side ribs have been
removed. The amount of shaping along the length is not too critical
but it is better to take away more rather than less to ensure the arm
doesn't jam in the opening.

I used a dremmel with a small grindstone but a file or course
sandpaper would work, just takes longer.
When your happy with the shape and fit then attach it to the solenoid.
Make sure it's attached the right way round so the cube goes up to
the top. See photo. Then work out the position for the solenoid to be
attached. It's a good idea at this stage to connect the electric plug
and operate it whilst working out the correct position. The most critical
phase is when locked as the arm should not extend so far as to be
catching the back of the satnav. so fully extend the arm and work out
the fitting when in the lock position. Then holding firmly try operating it
ensure it works freely. see photo showing arm from the front in the
lock position.
When your happy with everything mark the position and drill the holes
for the bolts to hold the solenoid in place.
Test everything again before putting back together and your done.
Reading over this again I think l've made it sound more difficult than it
is. It's not rocket science, its just whittling a bit of plastic to fit the gap
in the satnav release button which stops it from operating.

Wil je delen wat dat heeft gekost?

Dat wil ik wel, €150,- Euro, incl. Nieuw motortje en montage.
Heb dit overigens in combi met de montage van de stuurverhogers laten doen, dat is ook gelukt
